Pancakes & Bacon

Best Breakfast I’ve had in a long time!

Ingredients:

1 cup Almond Flour

2 Whole Eggs

1/4 cup Water

1 tbp. Maple Syrup

Sugar Free Bacon

 

How To:

Mix ingredients in a bowl until they are a smooth, creamy batter consistency. Heat 1 tbp butter in frying pan over medium heat.

I used a 1/4 measuring cup to scoop out the batter into the frying pan. Let cook about 3 minutes per side.

Batch makes roughly 4 pancakes.

Add a little more butter to the frying pan. Add in bacon strips. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach desired amount of crispy.

Drizzle w/ 1 tbp Maple Syrup and Enjoy! 🙂
